The service
Mixora provides estimated paint mixing recipes and local collection tools. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features are provided without a guarantee that every pigment, medium, surface, or lighting condition can be modeled accurately.
Use test swatches
Digital color values cannot fully represent physical pigment behavior. You are responsible for testing mixtures, checking material compatibility and safety information, and deciding whether a result is suitable for your project. Do not rely on Mixora for safety-critical, medical, industrial, or regulated color decisions.
Acceptable use
You may use Mixora for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse advertising systems, scrape the service at a harmful rate, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Mixora name, interface, original copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your own paint data and recipes remain yours.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Mixora IT disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of estimated recipes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
