Catalog corrections
Include the brand, product line, color name, article or color number, the Mixora page or record, and a current manufacturer source. A photograph of your own swatch can provide useful context, but it does not replace manufacturer identification or a controlled measurement.
Editorial corrections
Identify the exact guide or color recipe, quote the statement that needs review, and include the strongest source or direct studio evidence available. Substantive corrections are reviewed before published copy changes.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed manually. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and Mixora does not currently offer emergency, contractual, or guaranteed-response support. Advertising enquiries do not influence editorial recipes or catalog verification.
